June 10, 2008 News Release: Following the Ombudsman Ontario's May 2008 report, "Building Clarity", Canadians for Properly Built Homes is calling on the Government of Ontario for fair compensation for homeowners who have suffered as a result of unfair warranty decisions in the past and essential changes to the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act and related Regulations.

March, 2008 - CPBH requests an investigation by the Ombudsman of Ontario concerning the Licence Appeal Tribunal in relation to the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
