The Rate Your Builder web-site(Canada.RateYourBuilder.com) continues to introduce some important and unique features for Canadians. The following provides some examples of recent enhancements:

• Questions relating to home warranty providers have been added to the builder rating questions. If you have previously rated your builder and would now like to rate your warranty provider, you can log on and update your rating. Comparisons of warranty ratings will be available to the public once sufficient data has been collected.
• Consumers’ views about their builder often change over time. If you have previously rated your builder but have found that your views have changed, you can rate your builder again to reflect these changes.
• Consumers can participate in the RYB Forum, and communicate with others about topics of key interest to homeowners.
• A comparison of builder ratings by province/territory is now provided. Check this comparison to see which province/territory has the best ratings.
• RYB also provides lots of important “news items” concerning the Canadian real estate market.

We hope you spend a little time and browse the RYB site. You are encouraged to bookmark the RYB site and refer to it regularly to stay abreast of key developments in the Canadian real estate marketplace.
